Repairs    can   be   logged   via   email,   telephone   or   SMS   –   please   see   our Contact   Us   page   for   the   relevant   contacts.      The   repair   of   large   format printers   can   be   done   at   our   premises   or   on-site,   depending   on   where the client is and which type of large format printer it is.  All   parts   will   be   quoted   for   and   although   we   stock   a   large   range   of parts,   some   parts   might   not   be   readily   available   and   will   thus   have   to be ordered in which will subsequently cause a delay on the repair.  Our   technical   team   will   be   in   constant   contact   with   you   regarding   the status   of   the   parts   or   if   additional   parts   are   required   after   a   thorough evaluation has been done once on site.
