Our   Maintenance    Agreement   is   an   unique   concept   where   you   get   peace   of   mind   that   your   printing   equipment,   be   it   large   format   printers, laserjets or MFP’s, is being looked after.  You   do   not   have   to   worry   about   getting   nasty   surprises   of   printers   that   are   down   due   to   technical   issues   that   could   have   been   picked   up   and addressed well in advance of days’ worth of downtime.  It   offers   a   solution   instead   of   a   cure.      The   agreement   can   be   customised   according   to   your   specific   requirements;   infrastructure;   type   of   business or   budget.   Thus   far   we   have   had   very   positive   feedback   from   clients   that   are   on   the   Maintenance   Agreement.      The   Maintenance   Agreement includes the following: Quarterly visits throughout the year Next business day response from time of fault report 1-Year lube service Firmware (software) upgrade if necessary 24-hour phone support Parts are included on request, if no support pack is active.
